I opened Dreamweaver to work on the index page and all the design view (I work in split) showed was an empty table.
I clicked to view in IE and everything was there! Graphics, links, all of it. When I went back out of the browser, again
all that is in dreamweaver is an empty table.

Can someone tell me what happened ... and does this mean I have to design all over again.
This has never happened before.

u using css positioning by any chance?

all my content disappears when using css-p, unless i click on the div in code view, then it shows in design niew also.

the page u previewed in IE, is this the page in dw, or u sure this isnt a saved version of the page on your testing server etc?

DW MX2004 and no CSS (yet anyway) the page is in dw when I preview because I haven't uploaded anything yet.

Is it a dynamic page? (PHP, ASP, etc)

Is it happening to one page or all?

There might be a tag missing or messed up that's throwing the renderer off. Do you have a doctype declared? (top)

I only have one page because I just started the site, so I just have the index page that I was designing.

The only thing I can think of is I added a script and some photos to make a different photo appear upon refresh.
But it didn't happen right after that anyway. It just started happening about a day later. I am thinking of just
starting over. I don't know what else to do.

Okay this is weird. I just selected the table, resized it small, saved, viewed in IE and everything was there. Went back to DW, still empty table, deleted the table, saved, viewed in IE and there was nothing there. Went back into DW, undo my edits, table (empty) was back on my page (with nothing in them) saved, viewed in IE and everything was back. DoDoDoDoDoDoDo.............

Let us all do the koo-koo dance together because I'm flabbergasted.
