Dynamic dropdowns?

I have a table with a parent and a child dropdown menu, i want them to be linked and driven by a db of course, if i choose a category in the first menu then the second menu should change, how do i do that in a db, I have two tables with data, in the first one i hav categorys and in the second one i have colors, like this www.macromedia.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14924#relating. Anyone? Replies

Im using a Nt4 server with IIS 4 for the moment, and Access 97 as db,
