i ordered some pdf's through this web site last week and although i got one of them, the other two remain unobtainable. i have tried contacting the sales department and the info email only to never hear from ANYONE! I needed these forms badly for a job and lost the job because i could come through with the forms i needed to create in flash. this will look very bad for this establishment, unless this is a disreputable place, which i can't imagine it is...i understand that spam is heavy these days and perhaps my ISP blocked their email getting to me, but i did receive one like i said. i have records from Paypal that say i paid. can anyone point me in the right direction so that i may get my files?

Are you talking about Premium Content tutorials?
If so you can download them from the site (on the 1st page of the tutorial), but you must be logged in to do so.

oops, cancel that...i thought because the owner sent me an email telling me to remove my complaint from Paypal, that it was fixed...not the case. there is still only ONE purchase in MyDMX Zone purchases and nothing available on the premium content pages...
PLEASE can you help me out here? do i need to forward the reciepts from Paypal to anyone?

i checked both of my accounts here and still nothing. this may be the problem. i signed up about two years ago and used a browser that automatically logged me in under my old name. i double checked that account and nothing was sent there either.
