Is it neccessary to be 1/4MB? Is it Flash Video?
DMXzone doesn't have a pre-loader tutorial/article, but you will find hundreds on www.flashkit.com, and if you're AS (Actionscript) savvy, then always keep bookmarked www.actionscripts.org
