I haven't seen PDeditor around myself for a while. If you're searching for an open-source solution, as always check SourceForge.net or FreshMeat.com - I know KHTML (InterAKT) has a small free version.
Have you looked at the latest <b>Advanced HTML Editor 2</b> here @ DMXzone? www.dmxzone.com/go?6999

How do these other html editors stack up against Advanced HTML Editor 2?
I've got a few private jobs coming up next month that need things like an online newsletter composer and I'm sure it'll speed up development of any future CMS's.
Would I be missing out on any good features by going with a free solution? AHE2 is only £100 which is easily swallowed up so I'm not too fussed about spending a few pennies if its worth it.
