I am currently having problems with site manager using DreamweaverMX2004. Prior to me installing service pack 2. It worked fine. Now when I try and either edit or create a new site I receive a "server busy" error message telling me to switch to other program and fix. There are no other related programs to fix that I know of. Does anyone have any advice. Other than this the program works fine.

Are you using a Firewall? If so, is it the built-in Microsoft Windows Firewall, or one like ZoneAlarm?

You can check in the Security Center control panel in SP-2.

Thanks, no I have the Microsft firewall turned off and only use my Symantec, router firewall and cable firewall, which was on before the installed service pack 2.

What version of DW MX2004? 7.0? 7.01?

Do you have an older version of DW still installed also? (MX or earlier)
