never looked at this, so totally unaware, but say you have field for full address in your db like below:

unit 88, some industrial park, newcastle, tyne and wear ne1 ld.

in sql can you use variable passed from user search form to look for a word contained
in the address, say the users types newcastle, or tyne and wear, or NE1??????

eg Ive used the old 'varCounty%' before where type tyne and you'll
get anything starting with tyne so tyne and wear would show......

Not sure what you're after but '%varSearch%' might do, this'll search the entire string for a match.
