I own StudioMX2004 and had a second mobile installation on my laptop - which the harddrive dies @ 5:30 this morning. Since I couldn't deactivate the licenses before knowing it was going to die, I'm wondering how nice Macromedia will be with my phone call asking to reset my second limit.
I just wanted to see if anyone here has had a similar headache.

I read on MM's site (www.macromedia.com/software/activation/faq/):

My hard drive died. If I didn’t deactivate the software, will I be able to reinstall the product and reactivate it?
The software will successfully reactivate in most cases. If your attempt to reactivate fails, please contact Macromedia Activation Support for help.

I'll let everyone know how the un-deactivated MM licensing goes.

Yes, my MS XP Pro was another concern, I think this will be about the 3rd reinstall with within 4yrs.
I get my new HD on Monday, not too bad (40G for $90 U.S.)... except I did eat a lot of candy these last days - talk about laptop addiction!
