I have just formatted and completely reinstalled my pc; but now whenever I try to open any page (ASP, XHTML etc) in Dreamweaver the program loads and then when it tries to show the page... it just crashes out. No error messages, no anything <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle>
I have un-installed and re-installed dmx, uninstalled, rebooted and removed "dreamweaver" and "macromedia" from the registry with JV16 Powertools, banged my head on the desk till it really hurt - but none of these things seem to help fix the problem.
Anyone got any ideas for me to try?

<b>OMG!</b> Dude... <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_blackeye.gif border=0 align=middle>

What DW MX installer is it? (6.0, 6.1) Basically, does it have the update already applied to it?!

What XP Pro version (SP-none? SP-1? SP-2?)? Installed or updated?

DWMX 7.0 - I've had, shall we say, trouble with the 0.1 update
XP Pro SP2 already built in

Slight update
Just finished another round of uninstall, reinstall, clean the registry... I haven't imported any site definitions and it seems to be working fine. Could there be anything screwy in the exported site definitions?
It's a bit of a pain in the arse having to recreate a whole buncha sites, but waaay better than no dwmx - has anyone else come across this type of problem before???

Yeah, seems to be - thanks.
I tried it on one of my other computers and got exactly the same problem.
After recreating my sites, the long way round, I'm back to work as normal.
