I am creating a website for a Real Estate company and the page which will display the property details information can take up to 7-8 seconds to load. ( I am working on speeding that up) but I was wondering if there was a script that I could put in there to show a image or something saying "please wait while I load" or something to that extent while it runs the recordset and creates the page.

Are the images optimised?
I built something similar and found estate agents uploading 350kb jpg's and 3mb bmp's, needless to say that seriously slowed page loading times. So I bought smart image processor (dmxzone extension), significantly speeded things up for me.

the images don't seem to be the problem, they are small. The problem lies with the complexity of the Data we get from the MLS provider. It comes in multiple tables and so there are about 7 recordsets in there and sometimes they take a few seconds to load.
