I use Advanced Query Wizard (www.advancedextensions.com) to cut down on my SQL headaches, but this freebie <i>by</i> MySQL looks nice! It's called "Query Browser" dev.mysql.com/downloads/query-browser/.

The source code is available too I believe. Rumor is that it's for MySQL 5, but I have not confirmed this yet as this has been in development a while, and MySQL 4.1 just got released.
