Library and CSS working/notworking:

I have created a library item with a CSS tag. The message reads:

[ This selection may not look the same when placed in other documents because the Style Sheet information is not copies with it. ]

* I have created main template which I have inserted this library item. This main template has the attached CSS file. When I view the page everything looks good.

My question is: Is there a way to attach (copy) a Style Sheet to a library item, and how? Also, by doing what I have above (*), will it be a conflict of any sort.
