I am going to build a site with frames. I will have 3 total a top one for the navigation bar, a body for the diferent pages, and a footer. I understand that each frame is considered a page itself. My top frame and bottom will not change at all, but my body will. I know also to save each frame you can select each seperate frame and save it as (toolbar), etc. My question is when I save each frame will it go into a pages folder or do I have to make a folder called frames? I got a little confused about that, I know when I traditionally build a site without frames they all just go into a pages folder. Also I know that the index is always outside the folders, is it still the same using frames? Any help Please???

you can save directory structure however you like, the index doesnt have to be outside of a pages folder etc.

with frames ( which are a waste of time) you get a "frameset" page saved which is as it says the set of frames, then depending on what you call the other frames they will be named accordingly. these should all be in the same directory for best results.

I was reading some more about frames and I only want one page in the site to have the body be linked to another site but the header (navigation menu) not change. Can I just create all of my other pages without frames, and than only create that 1 page in my site with frames?
