anyone know how to convert image slices from image ready (photoshop) to tables in Dreamweaver, so i don't have to create a table and set each image as the bg image?

Don't know Photoshop but you can save your document as an PNG and then let Fireworks handle the rest? Fireworks can import PSD as well.

can you then turn the slices in fireworks, into tables in DMX?

Yes, choose File -&gt; Export, set Save As to "HTML and images". You can set the options in some checkboxes or click 'Options' in the dialog for more advanced options.

in ImageReady when you slice up a image you can <b>save optimized as</b> . That will save everything you sliced into tables for you
