i am not quite sure wher eto post this question but here goes.

my client has several outside frellancers that work for them. each of these freelancers is setup up with an email address that autonatically forwards mail to their personal account. for example the client wants to be able to use somthing like this is now set up and forwards the mail to bills account at hotmail no problems there, what the client would like to be able to do is make it so that the user "bill" can send a message where the address is visible in the "from" field. i know how to do this if each user creates an account with the correct information for the individuals email program. i am looking for a way that the freelancers do not have to change anything in their email program. i assume i can do this through a link on the site that opens a message window and prefills the info, using php, but i was hoping there may be another way, any ideas?, thanks
