Hi

I have created a simple online store with a complete admin backend - what i want to be able to do is allow the customer on adding a product to be able to add an image, but do it by browsing a file on their hard drive and selecting and this in turn will upload it to the server and be ready - i have seen it done on other sites and wondered how i could do this?

Any help greatly appreciated.

regards

simon

You can use the pureasp upload extension available from this site. It is very powerful but amazingly simple to install and get running.

here is a link:

www.dmxzone.com/index.asp?TypeId=3&CatId=69

You will find it available for php or asp.

If you have the FrontPage server extensions installed on your server you can use the free webbot from FrontPage 2002 / 2003. (Insert -> Form -> File upload)
