auto link mpg when placed in folder?

Hey all,I know very little about programming, but I am looking for a way to have a frameset where links on the side frame will open the mpgs in the main frame. Only thing is, I am looking for a way to have the link be automatically created when a file is placed in a folder. Any input is greatly appreciated.
