After installing SP2 when I try to set up a "new" site in "Manage sites" I get a "Server busy dialog box. The message reads "This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem." With two options "Switch To..." and "Retry" The "Cancel" is greyed out. The only way to get out of this is to "End task". It looks like it might be a cache problem - but it has only started since installing SP2. Any ideas on a fix?Found the answer it's a lockdown in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE details:

Basically you need to modify your firewall settings to allow the "World Wide Publishing" service from the control panel to be able to connect to the Internet. I have Norton Personal Firewall and all i had to do is:
1. Stop the service and change it from "Automatic" to "Manual".
2. Restart computer
3. Now go back to the service and start it manually.
4. After doing so, Norton will ask whether u want to allow the connection, after u permit the connection go back to the service and change the service from "manual" to "automatic".
That's it, start dreamweaver and it should work now.
Good luck
