Hi I have tried logging into the dmz website using multiple kinds of browsers and computer (both mac and pc). however, yhere in lies the issue. I log in and it says welcome [insert my name here], however when I try to access a feature that requires me to be logged in I get prompted to be logged in first.

I can't get access to "MyDMXzone" and other bits.

is this a site bug that is being looked into? or is there some sort of cookie issue I am unaware of which relates to the login session data?

I get that problem - see my post here also - but only with Firefox.
when using IE no problem, hence how i'm able to reply to this message
