I've tried adding the LCID code in both ways (session.lcid etc. and included in the @ tag), but my page still displays dates in US format. The date is saved correctly in my database. Using Dreamweaver's 'format' functions did nothing. I also checked the server's regional settings, they're the way they are supposed to be.

I'm using ASP VBScript, Dreamweaver MX and a Windows 2000 Server.

All help is appreciated!

As I said, "I've tried adding the LCID code in both ways (session.lcid etc. and included in the @ tag)". So yes, for some reason it didn't work. Could it somehow be related to the server??

Your locale language files needs to be installed on the server, many severs will have multiple language files installed, but if you do select one that is not installed you may get the following error 'the specified LCID is not available' if you do you may need to contact your hosting company to persuade them to install your language files on there servers.

Sorry, but did you read my initial post...I said I checked the regional (aka language) settings on the server, and they're set to the correct language. Also, I <i>don't</i> get any error messages. The date is just displayed in US format, no matter what I do. Weird...
