What the heck is an upload field?

Just bought pure ASP Upload and the instructions are leaving out a critical point. They say to create a form (no problem) and insert and upload field. What the heck is an upload field? I can find no reference to such a thing anywhere in Dreamweaver. Can someone enlighten me as to what exactly does that instruction means?Assistance appreciated!

The field they are referring to is the <b>'File Field'</b>, which is what is used to browse to a file located on your machine.
