SQL Return dynamic links

Hi All-I have recemtly rebuilt our DB's for SQL Server 2003. However it will not return the hyperlinks as dydnamic text as it did with access. Does anybody know why? Do I have to modify the code onthe SQL side or the CF/DMX side?
