I have used code from 4guysfromrolla's website in order to create a search engine for my companies website.
The code was great but I was wondering if any1 new how to recode it or insert new code which can highlight what the user entered to search for in the resultant page...
For example if i searched for "and" all the html files containing and will be found and when one of them are clicked on then the html is shown and the words that are "and" are all highlighted.
Can anyone help please? THANKS!!

P.S - i got the basic search code from this link,

Well, I have not a coding solution for you, but I have seen many sites that are using a URL as search string.

So: www.mywebsite.com/mysearch.asp?search=test

I think you should look up to a solution that is reading the URL and places the words in another color.

When you come up with a solution, please post it back here.. I think this is a very interesting thing...

I will test some code myself, and will post it here when I have a coded solution.

Wow... that's a maximum question aj_306. I have never used that code or search systems. So I have no experience with that.

Just try to copy 'n paste some code and read it well through.

Succes
