hi all,I've just moved dreamweaver over to my new desktop pc (p2.8 / 512mb) from my laptop (p2.2 / 512mb) and the performance difference is really noticable with one basic file open DW was using over 50% of the CPU power and 250mb ram (as opposed to 30mb on the laptop)
anyone else ever come across this? the laptops running xp home whereas the desktop has pc, but thats all there doing yet the desktop can take up to a couple of minutes just to do basic tasks, but all other programs run fine
toally mystified
