Hi there ..I hope you can help my Ive just bought the php upload extention and installed it it works fine.. it uploads the files to the folders
Then I insert a behaviour and say insert record.. and it all goes well.. but once the page is live and I select a image and submit it it tells me.. Column 'image' cannot be null
I dont know if its suppose to be in the my SQL section or here.. but what should the values be in phpmyadmin for the image field...
Im really brand new to this and I would like to know why its giving me Column 'image' cannot be null
but if I look in my folder on the server the file is there.. so the file uploads but does not place the location into my database.. please help anyone..
Cheers

Hi there thanx for the help.
But i have got the solution.. It was the problem with the extention php upload.. the issue with DREAMWEAVER MX 2004 and the $_POST value..
Im so dissapointed in DMXZONE.. but i dont think they care.. well I bought the extention and it was very expensive in my currency.. and when I installed it it did not work.. spended a day to get the solution thinking that im doing something wrong.. but meanwhile back at the ranch..DMXZONE did not put a notice or anything with the extention.. I think the extention is great.,, but the support sucks.. becuase I have not seen a update yet.. for dreamweaver 2004.,. as 40% the questions posted in this formum is asking the same question.. why is php upload not submittiing a value to my database field.. I would have tought that DMXZONE would have made a update by now,, payed alot of money for a product that doesnt work a 100% ,,
Cheers

Hi there,
I read your post. I'm having this exact same problem with PHP upload and Smart Image Processor. The image processing is working fine and images are uploaded to the correct location, but the form will not insert the image filename to the 'Image' field. I have Dreamweaver 2004MX. You said in the post above that the issue is something to do with the $_POST value. Can you tell me how you fixed this problem as I'm getting really frustrated with this now!
The version of PHP upload I'm using is 2.1.2. This problem may have been fixed in more recent versions. How do I upgrade to the latest version?
