download file after uploading with huge asp upload

i have a problem...with pure/huge asp upload..the problem is..i can't downloading back file that i uploading before..
bcoz..it store link as
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\anime\attachemnt\files.zip...
its work if i change it into..
anime.serve.net/attachment/files.zip
