Does anyone know of a way to do either of the following:

1. Use a PDF (fillable) file and capture the data that is inputted into this PDF and store it to an Access DB? I have the full version of Adobe Acrobat, but I haven't figured out how I would actually embed field names and put an "Insert Into" on the PDF file.

2. If the above isn't possible, I can always make an ASP page to capture and store the data into the database. Then I would like to call up the PDF file and display the data in the correct fields on the PDF file using stored variables. Once again, I am stuck on how to actually display the data in the fields.

Any thoughts or know of any tutorials, please let me know.
