Hey, I'm not sure if this is the right category to post this in...but here's my question:

My friend runs www.nysnowmobiling.com.
he wants to create some sort of database driven page where visitors to the site can create a profile and upload a picture of their sled. This info would be displayed on the website. He wants it to be done automatically, so he doesn't have to manually add a profile everytime someone registers. Is this making sense?, lol He's got some PHP stuff started here:nysnowmobiling.com/profileinfo.php
middle to bottom of page....
does anyone know how to accomplish this task? or any good tutorials for this type of thing? we're just beginners in PHP & mySQL, and that'd be why I'm posting here <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>...any help would greatly appreciated!
