When I try to insert a record using the iinsert record behaviour of DMX i sometimes get this error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e14'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Number of query values and destination fields are not the same.

When I apply a new insert record behaviour to the page in works fine for a while. After a few inserts the page returns the same error again.
