in following enviroment
pws/ultradev4/pau213/ChineseBig5 code page
problem-when upload form field with chinese character, the error message shows-Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e14'

is this bug solved? I saw there is a pau215 updater, is that 215 solve this problem?
