Got the conPictureProcessor installed with a message that said it was successful. My pure ASP upload works correctly. Uploads and adds to the database.

When I try to use the Smart Image upload (with only the width option set, no thumbnails) it hangs. No errors. But if I cancel it and try to view any of my local webs it says "can not display page, to many people viewing site at this time." First time I've ever seen that message and I'm the only one on my local host.

I have tried several things, including changing the time out. Sometimes it just hangs but I can still see the other webs. Does not update the database BUT it DOES add the image to the upload directory.

Any suggestions? Can't show you the online URL since I'm still working with them to get them to activate the conPictureProcessor.dll for me.
