Insert bar getting text under the icons dmx2004

Hi yea, With DMX 2004 how do I get to see text under the icons of the insert bar, I can get it to show as menu but when I set it to show as tabs I am not offered thhe choice to see the icons with text underneath. This was simple to do in DMX but I cannot seem to be able to do it in DMX2004Regards
