I don't know but my advice is to keep the source as this, upload the image, then duplicate it and add a watermark. This way the day you change your watermark, you can update all images from theirs sources.
Adding a watermark is as simple as copying the watermark on an image... Use GD.

Sorry I didn't pay attention that you were asking for an extension to these 2 scripts.
So if you use PHP Pure Upload, once the file is uploaded, load it using GD, copy your watermark on it, save it as a new file . You should use 2 folders, one for the sources, one for the "watermarked" images.
What's the site you need that script for ?
