I have already waited one day for a verification code so I begin using Pure Asp Upload. I sent the exact information requested by the verification failure screen and after waiting a day for a response, they ask me what error message I'm getting. I'm still waiting and cannot use the tools I've paid for. You need a much more efficient/responsive method of dealing with this verification issue
