Does anybody know how to update a password from a link at your page? Lets say Jack wanted to change his password from "Beaver" to "Hamster" and he clicks a link at my page, writes in his new password and presses a button called "update". Hopefully a little script will then update the password in the Access database. Can anybody give me some hints? Thanx in advance, - Sarre <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

do you already have the username/password table set up in Access...if so, what are the fields called?

I take it a username and password is already saved in the database. Direct the link to a page that filters for the username (I suppose you made this unique) and opens the user's "profile" in an update form. Here the user will be able to change their details, including their password.

Hi guys!
Thanx for responding!
The fields in the db are called "col_username" and "col_password" along with other customer details like ID and redirect.
Thanx for your suggestion Xcalibur, will try it out!
