ASP File upload error

Anyone have any suggestions. I am trying to up load a file to my website, but the following error occurs. An error has occured saving uploaded file!
Filename: D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\caliconnection.com\www\image_ladies\cali.jpg
Error # 424 Object required
in Microsoft VBScript runtime error(0)
It works on the test server/local pc running pws or IIS

Probably a permissions problem, check the permissions on that folder.
