I have just upgraded to 2.16, When I try and upload a file I get the following error message

An error has occured saving uploaded file!

Filename: e:\websites\mysite\images\image.jpg

Error # 424 Object required
in Microsoft VBScript runtime error(0)

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this?
