I've emailed a few times with requests concerning the Pure ASP Upload product that we purchased, and I never get a reponse.

I work for Douglas County, KS, and we purchased the Pure ASP Upload around June 2, 2003. The person who purchased this product for me created a new login to do so, and so I cannot get any updates unless I logoff as myself, and logon as her. We would like to change that purchase account from her to me. Can someone please contact me asap about this matter? I really would like to get the update uploaded. Thanks.

Hi again,

After making my post, I again checked "MyDMXZone", and saw that someone had already done this task. I just didn't know that they had, because I had not received notice via email. It would be very helpful if the tech staff would email users when requested changes are made. I'm just very happy that it was done.
