Every time I try to click on the "Commands" or "Help" menu in DW MX, I get this error:

At line 14 of the /filedirectory/dreamweaver/configuration/commands/manage extensions.js
Type error: DWEMLaunch.mayLaunchExtension Manager is not a function.

Help!

Launch the Extension Manager by itself (should be in the same directory as the MX apps themselves), and try backing out/removing any extensions you've installed since that menu worked last. Since third-party extensions can modify Dreamweavers menus directly, it's possible that something got corrupted there? Generally I'd try and revert any changes you've made to DW since this menu item last worked.

Hard to say otherwise, hope this helps...

I deleted the Extension Manager completely.

I had the same problem and I ended up looking in preferences and saw that .js wasn't in my file types/editors preferences list so I added it when I reinstalled the program and it works fine now. Extension manager is a handy little thing to have for extra goodies to tweak DW!
