I upgraded to DW 2004 then DW MX 2004 start to flickering (Not constant) after exit from software or the page I am working. Is there any idea about this problem.

You betcha. It's one of the known issues at the following technote:

Recommended workaround is to turn your graphics card hardware accelleration down a notch.
