I have been writing my PHP scripts manually for a while, but now I have a project that requires intensive screen layout. This is a database project that was written in Visual FoxPro/Visual Basic that I am moving to the web. I am thinking of making the jump to dreamweaver. My questions are:

1. How good is dreamweaver at page layout, when many database fields (using PHP) need to be placed in very specific locations?

2. How well supported are iFrames in DW? I need to place several child tables and need the independent scrolling capabilities.
