I'm trying to use the Pure PHP Upload 2.0 in Dreamweaver MX by following the tutorial at www.dmxzone.com/showDetail.asp?TypeId=2&NewsId=4523&LinkFile=tutorials/simple_upload/index.htm

After hitting OK in step 7 I get the following error:

While executing applyServerBehavior in Pure PHP Upload.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.


Any ideas? Did the tutorial leave out some key information such as form settings?
