how to tell the sumbit button to send the data

Hi, I am making some forum in my web paga and now when I make the sumbit buttion how can I tell it to send the data in my mail address. please if some one could help me I will be really thank full.

I do not use cgi, so I can't help you, however, I'm sure you'll find the answer here:

To make a form that emails information to you, you need first the HTML page. Then you need a "script" that will take the input from the form and email it to you; this would be the cgi script you mentioned.
