Hi yea,
I use XP Pro and have found that I need to download Security Update for Microsoft Data Access Components (823718), This is the third time I have rebuilt my machine over the last few days, Does this update cause the permissions to change in the wwroot of IIS, before it was simple to set up a dir in the wwroot and use now I keep getting errors and all I can think of is that it may have being the new Update.
