Hello,
I've switched to DW MX from DW4..
Every time I open my files in Dreamweaver MX there are new lines added between each line of code!!
This is higly annoying since all my documents become twice as long..

How can I prevent DW MX from doing this?
Am I the only one?

Seiously though, I have known MX to do some odd things, like losing recordsets in from bindings pallete, adding in a second connection file #include etc. but I have never come across that problem.

that sound strange too!
I have the "line" problem in code view every time, even on new installations...

makes me wanna use UD4 again...
which to me is MX without all the mumbo jumbo windows...

does this problem happen straight away on install or does it happen over time, i had problems simular to this a while back when uploading and downloading pages and line breaks appearing, i stopped this by changing the line break type (in the DW preferences and Click on Code Format and change the Line Break Type to LF (Unix), may work
