Although I enjoy the DMXZone articles, I am not currently a Macromedia-based developer. I also don't install Flash. This means that every time I change pages in DMXZone I get the annoying message to install Flash. Surely, it isn't too hard to ask me once then remember my answer? Or can I do this myself from within IE6? Replies

Why not install flash? It is only the player plugin for IE and it is free.

I have tried disabling ActiveX, but that merely exchanges the plugin message for one that says I have ActiveX disabled.
My reasons for not wanting to install Flash are private.
