With most of my websites, they've been virtual webs living ultimately with a "public_html" directory as their root. So when I set up Dreamweaver MX to connect with them via ftp, I had no problem. (These are all pre-existing sites. I just recently bought DMX so I wouldn't have to code using vi and by hand anymore. I wanted something faster.) My <b>main</b> website, however, is in the normal /home/httpd/html location. There seems to be no way I can get DMX to connect to this location.

Any suggestions?

Could you be somewhat more specific about what the error message is, the server model and what you are typing in.
