You need to make one of two changes for those who purchase extensions from you.

1) Allow users to have secondary and third email address in their profiles to avoid problems with downloads
- or -
2) During the purchase, just as you have "Special Offers"...make it more useful to REMIND people of using the right email to avoid downloads

I am sure I am not the only one who has multiple email address.

I have 2 user accounts with you (using separate email addresses), but I really do not think this is the answer, you should allow multiple address for a better user experience with purchases
