I have been reading all the posts here that have to do with PHP/MYSQL & DMX connection problems. Well I have one too but I am getting a little different error then others.
Here is what I have, I have a 2k Advanced Server running with PHP & MySQL on it, I have created the ODBC connection for it, when I use Navicat software to create tables etc I have no problem connecting to the database. However when I try creating connection to the database using DMX & PHP connection here is what I get:
"A server time out has occured. Here is the possible reasons.
1. Please make sure that the webserver is up & running.
2. Please verify that the ODBC DSN exists on the test server. "

Well both things are working fine. So I do not know where to go with this.
I want to learn PHP but if I have to go to another HTML developer software that would really sux.

Hope that maybe someone has found the solution to this problem
