I'd like to have search engines find my page using the keywords that I have placed in the META tags. Is there something else that I should do for my site to be searchable? Thanks!

If you want your site to appear more on the number one search engine, Google, just get as many people to go to your site as you can. When Google searches it puts the most popular ones (with the most hits) at the top! There are other services that you can pay for that will help you out too...but thats lame ass. <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

this is probably one of the hottest topics around, everyone wants to be on page one of the search results for their chosen keywords but it's difficult. There are lots of people who say they can get you there, but there's going to be a hefty pricetag to go with that.
I'd suggest reading around, then my take on it is that what you need is solid content, that's what google and the others index, plenty of relevant keywords that match the actual text on your pages, and if you can get them, links pointing to your site, that is supposed to be one of the things that google uses to rank sites.
Get yourself a google webmaster account, read all their articles and suggestions and do what they say

Well google searches the body section not the meta tags, and so do most search engines today. But this site is good for getting your site top listed.
